Re: installation on redhat 9.0

   i have installed coda on redhat 9.0 having kernel 2.4.20.8.whenever i 
try to test the venus as given in the INSTALL.linux , i get the following errors
1.when i run the "tail" command i get a message kerenel version is 2,skew with 
kernel version
  get a new kernel.
Do exactly as it reads - get a new kernel, i.e., either patch your kernel, 
or get a 2.6.x - kernel.

2. when i run codacon i get "bind to localhost failed,venus not running"
Because of the above venus terminated. Get a new kernel ...
