Cannot start update server

Hi everyone,   I can't start the update server and I checked the UpdateSrvLog it shows "cannot bind to rpc2portmap; exiting". I check the processes and found that rpc2portmap had already started there. So what is the problem?   Thanks in advance.   Alvin Chan
