Silly installation bug

A couple of tiny niggles with `make install':

The install-server target puts au(8) into $(prefix)/bin rather than
$(prefix)/sbin;

and nothing is chowned to root.root (as is conventional for installers,
at least in my experience).

Totally picky and useless niggles, I know.
