Rdsinit is a generic tool for RVM initialization, so it would be a bit
mean to other users of RVM to add coda-specifics to it.
OTOH, the size of the RVM data could just as well be stored either in an
header in that file/partition.

That is a good temporary solution until the real thing is fixed up.
