I'm now trying to figure out the timeouts.
It is seeming to my untrained eye that recent rpc2 side effects are
somewhat broken, but I can't figure this out.
I'm running with a small window
  ./venus -sa 1 -ws 2 -ap 1 -ps 1300

(8 is crazy on a modem; it takes 3-4 s for them to arrive and this can
be beyond the RTO.)

Is anyone else successfully running current coda over a slow link?
