data consistent

Hi All,
I read documentation, but i don't find answer for my question.

Exist any way how i can make consist data on both server (SCM and non-SCM) after then one of them is down..for several minuts.

When one server is down..second is runing correctly. After start "down server"..data on both server are diferent..and filestems is inconsistent :(
