Well..

Coda clients are "server" that menage Imap and pop3 connection and write email over the coda server :)

I have rather slight idea of what will be the role of Coda - you say
nothing about the Coda clients.

Will the clients be one/multiple smtp/imap server(s)? Will mail clients
access mail over Coda?
