hello. i'm attempting to run apache against a coda mounted file
system.
unfortunately, earlier this morning, an httpd process crashed,
taking down the others with it. i could not kill (even with SIGKILL)
any of the httpds.
i found this in my logs, however:

it seems to be hitting this in coda/file.c:
if (!cfile) BUG();
within the function coda_file_read. i'm not sure what to do about this
problem. could it be that i have an older version of the coda module?
or is there something else i should look into?
