I routinely get messages from people who say, "I'm subscribed, I get mail, but I can't post.", and this is because these people have two email addresses (a "real" address and an alias), and they are not posting from the subscribed one. In short, the list is already a members only list. Mr. Adam Dobren subscribed September 6, 2019.
