The Project Manager/Business Analyst (PMBA) collaborates across the University 
of Rochester (UR) Libraries to accelerate the successful implementation and 
continuous improvement of systems, services, workflows, and processes that 
support the libraries digital services and infrastructure. The incumbent 
applies business analysis and project management principles to help manage 
cross-functional and organization-wide initiatives, and helps ensure such 
projects align with business needs and meet expected quality, value, and 
impact. As the organizational resource for project management methods, the PMBA 
provides training and expertise for enterprise supported project management 
tools and processes, and collaborates to mature the libraries knowledge and 
praxis. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems, or similar field
2 years of experience with the following:

Demonstrated experience working in project management


Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and developing business 
cases


Experience using project management software and tools


Experience working on IT and/or digital projects (preferred)
