If you don't need a full VPS, Reclaim Cloud (https://reclaim.cloud/)
may be an option. It is built on a platform called Jelastic, which uses
Docker under the hood. So it can scale up and down to meet demand and offers a
variety of options to easily set up containers running different programming
languages and such. Pre-built containers are also an option.
