While requirements for each project in a work setting will vary with each project, the discipline known as project management remains consistent and can be applied in many situations to increase efficiency and productivity. This course will introduce project management strategies and provide the direction needed to keep things on time and under budget. In addition, attendees will understand the project manager's role in the conception, planning, execution, control, and completion of a project.
