Do you have thoughts about Library Linked Data? Do you have a Linked Data hack? Do you use VIAF or FAST or ID Linked Data in a novel way? Do you use SKOS or Bibframe or, more generally, RDF daily in an interesting way?
The ALA Core Linked Data Interest Group (LDIG) seeks proposals for its meeting during the Core Interest Group Week, March 6-10. LDIG facilitates active conversation among librarians and information professionals to discuss projects, ideas, and practical use cases related to library linked data. The LDIG session will take place on Tuesday, March 7th at 11:00 AM CT. We welcome proposals that show the use of linked data in library workflows or linked data use cases in the GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums) community. Possible scenarios include innovative linked data projects and other projects related to non-library linked data sources, e.g. Wikidata, DBpedia, etc. Presentations should be no more than 15 minutes in length including brief time for Q&A.
