Code it in 3+ different formats, and stack your tags in hope that you've used enough different codecs that the browser actually supports one of them? http://caniuse.com/#feat=video,ogv,webm,mpeg4 ... then fail back to syncronized slide show / audio: http://caniuse.com/#feat=audio,svg-smil ... then fail back to Flash or some other security risk.
