Thanks so much for asking this question! I too have been trying to gather this 
information and find it very hard to get a full view of the software landscape 
for libraries/archives. The resources people have replied with are extremely 
useful, though I wish LITA or Code4Lib had a comprehensive, user friendly place 
that devs could easily submit to.
