We hard-coded the "*.undernet.org" string, at least for now. See m_whois.c
and m_whowas.c if you want to modify it. You could also turn it off and
have whois display server names all the time by editing include/ircd_policy.h
and #undef'ing HEAD_IN_SAND_WHOIS_SERVERNAME.
