Well, it would be good for their to be an updated document that reflect the commonalities amoungst the big4, the problem with including a new scheme is going to be one of acceptance and without that you're probably wasting your time. What i would suggest is that the commonailities bit be the focus with a 'suggested' negotiation scheme included, then, if it gains acceptance, a later RFC could mandatorise[1] it ;) > A/S -=-peas-=- [1] if there is such a word.
