Yes, for future reference, you can easily sniff everything that mIRC sends to the server and gets back by doing: /debug on
It's recorded to a file in your mirc directory, debug.log. Make sure to turn it off quickly though or you'll get a huge log building up. I've submitted this as a bug report to mIRC, as well as its lack of support for /userIP, numeric 307. It seems to just echo that back too. (BTW, does 2.10.11 with host hiding make it so /useip and /userhost doesn't work anymore in case the host is hidden?)
