Scenario:
X is parted from a channel (/msg x part <chan>)
A user joins that channel, who matches X's banlist for the channel
X rejoins the channel (/msg x join <chan>)
nothing happens. the user is still there.
Does X not ban these users when it rejoins (ie. reads the channel banlist),
on purpose? Is this a feature? If so, what is the reasoning behind it? I
would like to see X read it's banlist, and act accordingly, if there are
users in the channel when it rejoins, who match bans in the banlist.
Only just noticed it, trying to figure out, if it is a *feature* or a *bug*,
as I was aparrantly confused over this feature/bug issue the last time I
posted something to do with X here. *laugh*
