That was takin out to its all about not knowing who's on what server
without actually talking to them. Like Kev said you can't get anyones
idle time with '/whois <nick>' unless you are <nick>, even if the person
is on the same server as you.

Not quite correct.  If "/whois <nick> <nick>" does not return an idle
time, that is indeed a bug--but "/whois <nick>" should *not* return an
idle time unless <nick> is you.
