I make a web chat interface.
I need "Too many connections from your host"


Error message =>
Closing Link: userid by 192.168.0.12 (Too many connections from your host)


My ircd.conf =>
Y:90:90:300:500:1700000
Y:80:90:300:500:1700000
Y:70:90:300:500:1700000
Y:50:90:300:500:1700000

Y:10:90:300:100:160000
Y:2:90:300:5:80000
Y:1:90:300:400:160000


What's the problem ? 
I'm using version u2.10.10.pl20.(release)
