It's difficult to say what the problem might be.

That file is not part of the standard gnuworld distribution, so it would be difficult to figure out what is causing the problem. Just from the first warning, it appears that the file is quite old, and needs to be updated anyway. Can you please privately email me the file and I will look at it?
