Please be advised that, due to increasing levels of spam, we have turned
off anonymous posting of bugs via the SourceForge bug tracking tool.
This means that you will need to acquire a SourceForge account in order
to post bug reports.  This process should be relatively painless, and
posting via the bug tracker is still the preferred bug notification
mechanism for ircu, as it helps us remember bug reports and other
details associated with the bugs.

Note, incidentally, that the bug tracker allows reports to be marked
private; bugs which could crash servers or which could have a security
impact should be so marked.  It would still be good form to mask other
security information, however, such as passwords or IP addresses in
stack traces.
