The question is why? I have all 9GB memory to myself. No other processes
running. CPU utilisation is *very* low. Physical RAM usage is also low.
We're talking a pretty old kernel with RHEL3 -- I doubt it's particularly
well optimised for the "stonking great chunk of RAM" case, since consider
what the average server had when RHEL3 was released. I think it might
definitely be time to look at something a little more modern.
