The process is same for Fedora or Red Hat. The whole idea is
when running #menuconfig ( or xconfig ) we use only "y" to select (not
"m" or "y")
and "n" to deselect a module. Then, we run
#make
#make install
instead of
#make modules
#make modules_install
#make
#make install
