I did some work on this and dumped it because I was having a bad time making 
the codestriker urls
fit into pure url hierarchy. I think the best I could do was something like 
this.

codestriker/search
codestriker/newtopic
codestriker/metrics
codestriker/projects/projecta
codestriker/projects/projecta/topics/number/
codestriker/projects/projecta/topics/number/files/1
codestriker/projects/projecta/topics/number/comments/
codestriker/projects/projecta/topics/number/comments/number
codestriker/projects/projecta/topics/number/metrics

etc. 

Plus it would be good to be able to not bust the existing url scheme 
considering we send the urls
out in emails.

I think the coding would be pretty easy. It is a matter of thinking hard about 
getting urls mapped
correctly.
