Gracias por el enlace. Esto, al menos a mí, me deja la enseñanza de no
permitir que decisiones amañadas y perjudiciales sigan haciendo campo
(afortunadamente la comunidad global puede más que el clientelismo y la
indiferencia locales), pero creo que tenemos que tener un papel más
proactivo en este tipo de escenarios.
