not really a graphite kind of a guy I'm not sure what you're seeing vs what
you expect to see. if the problem is specifically with disks, I'd suggest
running collectl manually to only report disks AND include -d1 as an option
to the graphite export, sort of like this:
collectl -sd --export graphite,d=1
and that will show you exactly what it being sent to graphite. if it looks
right, the problem is on graphite's end and if not, it's collectl's problem
