Hi,

Thanks, I've installed it along with the recent collectl 4.0.2, and it mostly
working on our Lustre 2.5 client, MDS and OSS. I have tried examples from the
documentation. Most of it works, except for

collectl --import lustreClient,dB

That barfs

Dear Peter,

Congrats on your new job! I should have checked github first. Thank you very
much for the link and the documentation!
Does it work with 2.5 that has different proc layout?

Sorry to all for not passing on that I took a new job at Cray. The Lustre
plugins can be found at the Github location below. I am actively supporting
them, and happy to accept new feature requests. I have attached what continues
to meager documentation on how to use the plugins, and how they compare to the
built-in Lustre functionality in earlier Collectl releases.

Hi All,

It is kind of sad that Collectl does not support Lustre anymore. We have
been using Collectl 3.6.7 for years and were really happy using it to
collect Lustre metrics, sending them to Ganglia etc. After upgrading
Lustre to 2.5 it stopped working, and further releases like 3.7.4 and 4.0
either do not have -sl or do not have Lustre altogether.

It was announced that Lustre support is a separate plugin. Where does one
gets the Collectl plugin? Naiive attempt to send
"[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>" sort of, bounces.
Could someone please point
to the "Terascala" Collectl Lustre plugin, should this thing exist? Thanks
a lot in advance!
