Well in theory since we already hae a LAMP server (the one for used on
the wiki) we could now just setup webapps that we need. WebCalendar is
one that I had seen used in the past and is very intuitive and easy to
manage. Here is a sample from a Linux Podcast that use the calendar to
let know their listeners who will be the guest when.

The advantage is that we could recreate the style that is used on the
website. I did a mockup of how will it look like here:
