Regarding: * Help files are not completely localized (locale ES-specific)
This happened because the Community files we recieved were a mix of translated and untranslated strings. We took for granted that the files we received were fully translated since we did not get any notification about this and we integrated them as translated. It's only during internal linguistic review that we noticed all the English untranslated parts in the help.
We took those files again and - as I told you at the Conference - I had a vendor translate all missing part. The translations are back and the fix would be already available for 2.3.1.
