- Remove the xinetd migration block from the xorg-x11-Xvnc %post.
It enabled xvnc.socket with a direct systemctl call when an
enabled /etc/xinetd.d/vnc was found (bnc#1085974); the migration
is one-shot by design, has shipped since 2018, and enablement is
preset-driven via %service_add_post. The block was also the only
consumer of Requires(post): /bin/awk, which goes with it
- Ship the SELinux policy module with 0644 permissions (it is data,
not an executable) and annotate the SELinux store %ghost with
  its mode
- Drop the unused mozilla-nss BuildRequires: the Java client is no
longer signed and nothing in the build invokes the NSS tools
- Drop the obsolete Group tags and a dead commented-out macro line
