Why change this again? The idea to power it off on startup was to
ensure that the first client that enables the power to receive the
first PIN request.

* Fix regression of rssreader webkit dependency. (#671)
Context: Due to the o-hand svndump import we have non-linear date <->svnrev
matching. r2406 is from 2007-07-27 and r2407 is from 2007-06-27.
This quck hack sets the date to 20070626 to work around it. Real fix will come
in OE.dev to have a working webkit and allow rss-reader to depend on it.
