ashb commented on issue #5036: [AIRFLOW-XXX] Pin psycopg2 due to breaking change URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/5036#issuecomment-479927251 We can unpin this once we update our pipeline and install `libpq-dev` or similar package - we think the Python library hasn't broken anything, it's now just more difficult to install.
