As bad as it is, it seems that when "filename" is specified, it does not return `bytes` but `str' filename location (?) Sounds like a weird choice. In our case we do not pass filename, so we should always receive 'bytes', so likely test is wrong. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
