vengi57 opened a new issue #17602:

   The scheduler does not appear to be running. Last heartbeat was received 2 
days ago.  The DAGs list may not update, and new tasks will not be scheduled.
   
   Scheduler service is up and running due to unhealthy it cant able to execute 
any dag runs
