Currently, see #19745, `%2f` does not work. But I am not sure if it should, if by http protocol a `%2f` is equivalent to a `/`, then it might arrive as such in the flask routing. But then again, if by http protocol `%2f` is meant as an escape, maybe it should. I don't know the protocol that well... -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
