I suppose another thing we could consider is, keep the existing format for
the first part of the line but then just always make the rest structured.
i.e. keep prefix `[2022-10-02T07:41:59.425-0700] {taskinstance.py:1357} INFO
-` but then, over time, make it so everything that comes after is structured.
