Review Comment:
   I see - so we kinda accept that "autocommit off" is not really usable for 
now ? I think that's fine, but maybe worth documenting it ? Because right now I 
do not really see any scenario when autocommit: off would be useful - if you 
"read" the data - autocommit is not used, but when you write the data, there is 
no way to commit the changes currently there is no way to do it when autocommit 
is off.
