Remove `replicas` field in workers Deployment/StatefulSet if KEDA is enabled --- GitOps operators (e.g. ArgoCD) complain when the manifest is changed due to KEDA/HPA auto-scaling. The good practice is to remove `replicas` field when auto-scaling is used.
