I'm not proposing a change to Jinja. I'm proposing a change to the
conditions under which a string is templated by Jinja. IE if there is no `{{
}}` then it does not need to be passed into the Jinja templating. However, what
I'm proposing would be backwards-incompatible as you say, so I can understand
not wanting the change. An additional DAG param might be possible, but is not
worth it in my case.
