And especially - where your error is about the Azure/Managed databases, then likely those database have their own limitations or expectations, and thorough reading of their documeentation is needed - and monitoring of anomalies and especially networking. There might many different things in setup of such managed databases (including networking and configuration of authentication, security etc. etc. that might be needed).
