AAAAAH.. 🤦 Of course WE DO have triggerer already - it starts automatically
already :). So this issue is implemented already (and no switch is needed) -
triggerer always starts regardless (and it's good). one thing that you can do
indeed is to remove the check.
It was there for Python 3.7 as Triggerer required Python 3.8 - but since we
do not have Python 3.7 any more we can just remove the check.
