Interesting ... When I run Airflow using Breeze (`breeze start-airflow --skip-asset-compilation --backend postgres`), I can successfully get the list of DAGs by calling the API `http://localhost:28080/api/v1/dags` in Postman using Basic auth -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
