BTW. Nice side effect of this one will be that our CI jobs will run even faster. Static checks was quite a long job (and mypy was a significant part of it). By separating out the mypy checks to parallel jobs (and 4 of them) we will significantly decrease the elapsed time for static checks in general (at the expense of more parallelism). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
