One potential thing we might want to figure out and maybe put into the release note, what happens if the user upgrades Airflow (and thus receives this endpoint addition) but does not upgrade the FAB provider (and thus _does not_ receive the permission addition mentioned in https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/37176#discussion_r1492007495)? I _think_ it would result in the endpoint not being usable? What should the user expect and do to resolve this?
