Since we have more people modifying the CI scripts/breeze, optimizing the versions that are used for testing of those scripts should help with less resource use on CI and speed of getting feedback for those PRs. This one adds a feature to our selective checks: will only run "all versions" of our Python/K8s/DBs when dependencies change, not when CI scripts/breeze change -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
