CC: @RobbeSneyders : I think @Taragolis found the reason and I am going to fix it - the error was misleading but came from a dangling `airflow` sources in the image, where swagger was supposed to be installed from but we missed compiled dist packages there. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
