   I think there are actually two issues here with the same "disappearing dags" 
symptom
   1. The symlink issue mentioned above. you'd also see the "Deactivated..." or 
"Deleted..." logs from the scheduler
   2. A funny UI upgrade where the `Running` and `Failed` buttons are now 
persisted between UI re-loads. In other words, they act like a checkbox now. i 
need to "uncheck" it to see all DAGs

   Since i don't use symlink on the dags folder, i belong to the second 
category :sweat_smile:
