GitHub user potiuk added a comment to the discussion: Using the
@task.external_python() to call a task in a venv fails due to attempting to
import airflow and other packages not in the external venv

They are documented in the docstring of the operator (i.e. the place you check
what parameter you pass when you initialize the operator).

But If you think some examples would be useful with that - then absolutely, I
am all for it - feel free to add them. It's rather easy, first good
contribution to Airflow and many of our more than 3000 conributors have
contributed such examples. Many times becasue they had to initially figure it
out and it was difficult. It's indeed very noble thing to contribute back to
the free software you get by making it easier for the next people lilke you to
have less problems.

And even more - people like you are precisely the best to do so, because they
now where they looked for the information and where to add it and what kind of
examples would have helped them to avoid confusion.

I really encourage you to do so.
